Ancestral Wisdom is a tribute to the "Wise Woman" that we carry within us and who is deeply connected to the wisdom of Mother Earth. Moreover, this painting bears (unbeknownst to me!) the four elements represented by earth, water, air and fire. She talks to me about the importance of respecting our instinctive, sometimes rebellious inner voice, which does not comply with the standards and codes of the outside world, and to listen to the voices of our body, heart and intuition. Daughter of the Earth, she values all her powers as a woman and the ancestral lineage from which she is the descendant.
